Join our dynamic team in the Automotive / Motorcycles / Bicycles sector as a Job Controller. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a stimulating professional journey and actively contribute to our company's success.

Your role will be essential in optimizing processes and rigorously monitoring operations. The main goal is to ensure the efficiency and profitability of the activities under your responsibility, by guaranteeing perfect coordination between different departments and ensuring customer satisfaction.

On a daily basis, your tasks will be varied and strategic. You will be responsible for:

• Monitoring and analyzing key operational performance indicators (KPIs).
• Managing order processing and ensuring their execution is followed up.
• Participating in the development of activity reports and their presentation.
• Collaborating closely with after-sales service teams for optimal synergy.
• Identifying areas for improvement and proposing concrete solutions.
• Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and quality standards.

Required profile :

To excel in this role, a Bac +2 level (equivalent to a 2-year college degree) is required, ideally in a sales administration or after-sales service field. This solid foundation will allow you to quickly understand the challenges and propose relevant solutions.

A first professional experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar environment will allow you to approach your tasks with confidence and efficiency. This is the ideal time to leverage your acquired skills and develop your expertise.

We are looking for an organized, rigorous person with excellent interpersonal skills. Proficiency in standard computer tools (Office Suite) is essential. Good analytical skills and the ability to work in a team will be major assets for success in this position.
