Job :

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Junior Brand Manager to join our marketing team. You will actively contribute to the management and development of several brands within our portfolio, in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Main tasks:

  • Participate in the development and implementation of operational and strategic marketing plans.
  • Contribute to monitoring brand performance (analysis of sales, market share, KPIs).
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research to identify trends, consumer expectations, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate on the creation and deployment of communication campaigns (digital, media, field activation…).
  • Ensure coordination with agencies (creative, media, research) and other departments (sales, finance, supply…).
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects, collaborating with different teams (R&D, Industry, Sales, Purchasing, Supply Chain).
  • Be proactive in developing brand awareness and preference.  

Required profile :

  • Higher education in marketing (Master's degree), business, or equivalent. 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, ideally in FMCG or a similar environment. 
  • Good analytical skills, rigor, and organizational skills. 
  • Team spirit, autonomy, and creativity. 
  • Proficiency in office software and digital environments.
