Job :

Under the supervision of the Legal Department, the Business Lawyer will have the following responsibilities:

• Contractual Engineering: Drafting and negotiating complex contracts in an international environment (English/French/Arabic).
• Advice and Operational Support: Legal support to teams (finance, purchasing, logistics) and legal secretarial duties.
• Compliance and Governance: Deployment of ethics, compliance, and data protection policies.
• Organization and Legal Operations: Digitalization of processes and management of activity (KPIs, Playbooks).

Required profile :

Master's degree in Business Law or equivalent qualification.

3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Mandatory mastery of English (C1 level), French, and Arabic.

Rigor, synthesis skills, interpersonal skills, and affinity for digital tools.
