Job :
Reporting to the Legal Affairs Department, your main responsibilities will be:
Provide legal support to the various departments of MEDZ and its subsidiaries in their activities;
Participate in the drafting, analysis, and review of contracts, agreements, and legal documents, particularly sales contracts, partnership agreements, service provider contracts, addenda, and other contractual documents;
Ensure legal monitoring of contracts and agreements within its scope;
Participate in the processing of legal files related to real estate operations and development projects;
Contribute to the organization and legal security of governance bodies (boards of directors, general meetings, etc.), particularly by preparing notices, agendas, draft resolutions, minutes, and related documents;
Ensure the follow-up of legal formalities related to the corporate life of companies and participate in procedures related to the creation or modification of project companies;
Manage and monitor pre-litigation and litigation files, in coordination with the relevant entities and external counsel, and ensure the follow-up of procedures and deadlines;
Handle communications and follow-up with various external stakeholders: lawyers, notaries, administrations, courts, and other partners;
Conduct legal research and analysis necessary for processing assigned cases;
Ensure legal and regulatory watch related to the activities of MEDZ and its subsidiaries;
Ensure the proper maintenance, filing, and archiving of contracts, deeds, and legal files;
Keep the tools and tracking sheets for legal files up to date;
Comply with the requirements of MEDZ's management system within its scope, as well as the applicable rules for information systems and document management.
Required profile :
Master's degree (Bac+5) in business law, corporate law, or equivalent;
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar legal role, ideally gained within a large group, a company operating in the real estate or development sector, or a business law firm; Practical experience in drafting and analyzing contracts, corporate law, and monitoring litigation files is desirable; Knowledge of the real estate and/or development sector is a plus.
