Job :

Purpose of the position:

To manage a dedicated portfolio for key accounts and short/long-term rental companies, in line with the defined commercial strategy, and to ensure continuous support for high-value clients to develop the position of preferred partner with these accounts, while guaranteeing their satisfaction and loyalty.

Main activities:

1. Corporate Commercial Strategy:

  • Achieve sales and gross margin targets;
  • Define and monitor volume objectives per account in coordination with the Key Account Manager.
  • Propose, negotiate, and formalize agreements with each account;
  • Act as a facilitator to increase the visibility of Jameel Motors brands in the corporate key account, short-term rental (LCD) & long-term rental (LLD) environment.

2. Customer Engagement:

  • Develop tactical action plans to boost sales;
  • Develop and maintain a strong relationship with accounts;
  • Manage a structured pipeline of opportunities and ensure rigorous follow-up;
  • Identify major opportunities and tenders, advise and support accounts in their projects to achieve the expected level of satisfaction and performance.

3. Market Intelligence:

  • Monitor competitor activities and pricing;
  • Implement rapid corrective actions in response to competitor strategies;
  • Develop differentiating sales arguments to strengthen competitive advantage.


4. Sales Processes & Administration:

  • Supervise customer deliveries in compliance with Jameel Motors sales processes;
  • Coordinate with sales administration to ensure a smooth delivery process;
  • Collaborate with the after-sales service to ensure optimal support for key accounts.


5. Reporting:

  • Update opportunity tracking on Oracle;
  • Transmit activity reports to relevant stakeholders.

Required profile :

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) or higher;
  • 3 to 5 years of confirmed sales experience in a corporate environment, ideally in the automotive fleet sector;
  • Experience within a multinational or large national company is highly desirable.
