Job :

SOTHEMA, a leader in the pharmaceutical industry in Morocco, is continuing its development and strengthening its sales teams.
In this context, we are recruiting a Key Account Manager whose mission will be to develop, manage, and retain a portfolio of strategic accounts, while contributing to revenue growth and strengthening partnerships with key players in the pharmaceutical market.

Main missions:


• Develop and manage relationships with strategic accounts.
• Develop and implement commercial action plans.
• Identify development and growth opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure their follow-up.
• Coordinate actions with internal teams (Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance).
• Monitor performance indicators and propose corrective actions.
• Ensure competitive and market intelligence..
 

Required profile :

Profile sought


• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree (Bac+3/5) in Commerce, Marketing, Management, or a scientific field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent command of negotiation and key account management techniques.
• Good knowledge of the Moroccan pharmaceutical market.
• Proficiency in French and English.
• Results-oriented, autonomous, rigorous, and excellent interpersonal skills.
