Job :

As a true partner to your clients, you will develop and retain a portfolio of strategic accounts, with a clear objective: sustainable sales growth and customer satisfaction.

• Develop and retain your portfolio through targeted prospecting and careful follow-up.
• Diagnose clients' technical needs and, with internal teams, create customized offers.
• Negotiate and secure contracts, from quoting to signing.
• Manage responses to tenders until they are finalized.
• Ensure complete follow-up: orders, deliveries, invoicing, and debt collection.
• Identify market opportunities and record them in the CRM.
• Represent FIRM in the field, close to your clients (regular travel required).

Required profile :

• A first successful experience in B2B business development, ideally in a technical or industrial environment (junior profiles with high potential will be considered).
• Good knowledge of B2B sales techniques and a real sense for negotiation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a neat appearance, and a strong results-oriented approach.
• Fluent French is essential.
• Ideally from: industrial valves, industrial pumps, piping, water treatment, industrial hydraulics, mechanics, electromechanics.
• Education: Associate's degree to Master's degree depending on background and experience.
• Advantageous: English.
