Job :
As a true partner to your clients, you will develop and retain a portfolio of strategic accounts, with a clear objective: sustainable sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Develop and retain your portfolio through targeted prospecting and careful follow-up.
Negotiate and secure contracts, from quoting to signing.
Manage responses to tenders until they are finalized.
Ensure complete follow-up: orders, deliveries, invoicing, and debt collection.
Identify market opportunities and record them in the CRM.
Represent FIRM in the field, close to your clients (regular travel required).
Required profile :
A first successful experience in B2B business development, ideally in a technical or industrial environment (junior profiles with high potential will be considered).
Good knowledge of B2B sales techniques and a real sense for negotiation.
Excellent interpersonal skills, a neat appearance, and a strong results-oriented approach.
Education: Associate's degree to Master's degree depending on background and experience.
Advantageous: English.
