As part of strengthening its teams, a large company operating in the Agri-food sector is recruiting a junior Industrial Maintenance leader.
Job :
Reporting to the Senior Technical Manager, you will have the following main missions:
• Lead technical team leaders
• Coordinate maintenance operations
• Act as the point of contact for internal clients
• Supervise external contractor operations
• Participate in maintenance operations (complex diagnostics and interventions)
• Contribute to the implementation of action plans related to quality, safety, and environmental anomalies
Required profile :
You have a degree in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, or a similar field, from an engineering school or university, with about 3 years of initial experience in a similar role.
