Association based in Casablanca, whose purpose is to support adult cancer patients, complementing the healthcare system, with an approach focused on quality of life, psychological well-being, and social connection.

The support offered relies on the commitment of professional support providers (psychologists, coaches, adapted physical activity teachers, onco-aestheticians, dietitians, well-being and psychosocial support professionals). They work within a structured, ethical, and safe framework, serving the beneficiaries.
Since its creation, the association has chosen responsible development, based on the quality of support, respect for beneficiaries, high ethical standards, and free support services for all accompanied individuals.

It is celebrating its 10th anniversary and wishes to enrich its teams with new skills to support its development.

Job :

Main missions:

  • Development of partnerships and sponsorship.
  • Calls for projects and institutional funding.
  • Management and follow-up of partnerships.

Required profile :

  • Higher education in management, communication, association development, health, commerce, institutional relations, or equivalent;
  • Significant experience in fundraising, partnerships, development, or project management;
  • Experience in the non-profit sector, health, CSR, sponsorship, or sustainable development;
  • Excellent writing skills in French;
  • Good oral and interpersonal communication skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills;
  • Initial mission: 3 renewable months
  • Working time: 4 days per week.
  • A transition to a permanent position will be considered.
  • depending on the results achieved and the evolution of responsibilities.
