Association based in Casablanca, whose purpose is to support adult cancer patients, complementing the care system, with an approach focused on quality of life, psychological well-being, and social connection.
The support offered is based on the commitment of professional support providers (psychologists, coaches, adapted physical activity teachers, onco-aestheticians, dietitians, wellness and psychosocial support professionals). They work in a structured, ethical, and safe environment, serving the beneficiaries.
Since its creation, the association has chosen responsible development, based on the quality of support, respect for beneficiaries, demanding ethics, and free support care for all accompanied persons.
It is celebrating its 10th anniversary and wishes to enrich its teams with new skills to support its development.

Job :
Main missions:
- Management of support care pathways;
- Coordination of teams and providers;
- Organization and supervision of activities & events;
- Development of the support care offer;
- Quality, evaluation, and impact studies;
- Management of CRM and monitoring & reporting tools;
- Relations with health professionals and Partnership Development.
Required profile :
- Doctor, pharmacist, psychologist, nurse, health manager, or Master's degree in health/management.
- Experience in support care or the non-profit sector is a plus.
- Fluency in French and Arabic is mandatory.
- Initial mission: 3 months, renewable
- Working time: 4 days per week.
- A transition to a permanent position will be considered.
