Operations Manager - Casablanca

Job :

Main tasks:

• Coordination of operations, teams, and projects;
• Organizational structuring & support for organizational transition;
• Management and monitoring tools;
• Supervision of communication and scientific coherence;
• Coordination of fundraising and partnerships;
• Recruitment and integration.

Required profile :

We are ideally looking for a(n):

• Doctor;
• Nurse;
• Psychologist;
• Pharmacist;
• Or a healthcare professional with strong experience in coordination, management, or operational direction.

Experience in one of the following environments would be particularly appreciated:

• Pharmaceutical industry;
• Healthcare project management;
• Healthcare marketing management;
• Medical coordination;
• Patient programs;
• Support care structures;
• Or the medico-social sector.

The Operations Manager reports directly to the President and works in close coordination with department heads, support providers, scientific partners, and institutional and corporate partners.
