Job :

We are looking for a dynamic and competent warehouse worker to join our Accommodation Department at UIR Hospital.

The warehouse worker receives, stores, and prepares products intended for distribution to the various departments of UIR Hospital and stored in the establishment's warehouses. They are responsible for tracking and inventorying stocks. They receive products in the storage warehouses and check their compliance with delivery notes. Then, they store them in the appropriate place (shelves, refrigerators, etc.). Finally, they prepare orders for the various departments of UIR Hospital. They handle boxes and pallets using, in particular, forklifts, pallet trucks, and hand trucks.
 

Responsibilities:

• Grouping products intended for an order,
• Checking the conformity of products received and delivered,
• Loading onto the transport vehicle,
• Labeling items and boxes,
• Physical stock management: checking product turnover, verifying availability, restocking from suppliers, tidying, cleaning, inventorying,
• Tracking received or outgoing products using stock software,
• Carrying out stock inventories,
• Transporting packages to the shipping area, storage, or the customer,
• Packaging, simple assembly, wrapping,
• Maintenance, upkeep, and cleaning of warehouse equipment and tools. 

Required profile :

• Associate's degree (Bac+2) in logistics, stock management, supply, or a similar field.
• Minimum of 2 years in a similar position, ideally in the hospital, medical, pharmaceutical sector, or in an environment requiring rigorous stock management.
• Knowledge of stock management and tracking principles.
• Ability to check and interpret purchase orders, delivery notes, and stock tracking documents.
• Proficiency in receiving, stocking, preparing, and distributing product operations.
• Proficiency in computer tools and stock management software.
• Ability to use barcode scanners and traceability tools.
• Knowledge of storage, preservation, and product rotation rules.
• Knowledge and adherence to hygiene, safety, and risk prevention rules in a hospital setting.
• Ability to perform inventories and ensure rigorous tracking of stock movements.
