Join a dynamic company specialized in call centers, ideally located in Casablanca, Morocco. We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Trilingual Commercial Manager FR/ENG/DE to lead our teams and actively contribute to our growth.
Your role will be to ensure sales targets are met, optimize the performance of sales teams, and develop new strategies to gain market share. You will be a key player in customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
You will be responsible for developing the client portfolio and retaining existing accounts, ensuring smooth and professional communication in French, English, and German.
A high school diploma level of education is required, ideally supplemented by a specialization in call center professions or in roles like Department Manager.
Experience between 1 and 5 years in a similar role, preferably in the call center sector, is desired. Proven experience in managing a sales team is a major asset.
