Join a dynamic company specializing in call centers, ideally located in Casablanca, Morocco. We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Trilingual Commercial Manager FR/ENG/DE to lead our teams and actively contribute to our growth.

Your role will be to ensure sales objectives are met, optimize the performance of sales teams, and develop new strategies to gain market share. You will be a key player in customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

• Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve set objectives.
• Implement relevant commercial action plans and monitor their execution.
• Analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Participate in defining the commercial strategy.
• Recruit, train, and supervise employees.

You will be responsible for developing the client portfolio and retaining existing accounts, ensuring smooth and professional communication in French, English, and German.

Required profile :

A high school diploma (Baccalauréat level) is required, ideally complemented by a specialization in call center professions or in roles like Department Manager.

Experience of between 1 and 5 years in a similar role, preferably in the call center sector, is desired. Proven experience in managing a sales team is a major asset.
