Mission:
Lead the strategy, operations, and financial and HR management of the wholesale business, while respecting regulatory requirements, performance goals, and the quality of service provided to customers.
Main responsibilities:
Define and lead the company's growth strategy;
Develop relationships with laboratories, pharmacies, and health establishments;
Oversee the supply chain to ensure continuous product availability;
Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to the requirements of health authorities;
Manage economic performance: budget, costs, investments, and profitability;
Structure, supervise, and motivate teams around a culture of responsibility and performance.
Required profile :
With a minimum of a Master's degree (Bac+5) in management, logistics, or commerce, you have 10 years of confirmed experience.
