Opportunity – Manager in Accounting Expertise (M/F)

As part of its development, Moore Casablanca is recruiting an Accounting Expertise Manager to strengthen its teams.
Your missions:
As a Manager, you will play a central role in managing the activity and leading the teams. You will be responsible for a client portfolio, managing its accounting and tax aspects in their entirety.
In this role, you will be required to:
- Manage a client portfolio (multi-sector) ensuring the quality of accounting and tax deliverables
- Supervise and coach a team of junior, confirmed, and senior consultants
- Organize, assign, and monitor the team's work
- Review accounts and validate the work produced
- Manage month-end and year-end closings and the production of financial statements
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and support them with their accounting and tax issues
- Ensure deadlines and regulatory obligations are met
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and team structuring
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- Higher education in accounting/finance (Master's degree or equivalent)
- Significant experience in an accounting firm
- Proven experience in team management
- Strong command of accounting and tax standards
- Leadership, organization, and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
