Join a leading company in the insurance and brokerage sector as a Digital Program Manager. The position is based in Casablanca, in the heart of a stimulating economic dynamic. Your mission will be to lead and orchestrate digital programs, ensuring their strategic alignment with the company's objectives.

The main goal is to successfully carry out the company's digital transformation by ensuring the success of the programs entrusted to it. This involves maximizing the value delivered by these initiatives, optimizing existing processes through innovative technologies, and strengthening our market position with high-performing, customer-centric digital solutions.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Defining the strategic vision and roadmap for digital programs.
• Leading the entire program lifecycle, from design to delivery and adoption.
• Coordinating different project teams (internal and external) and stakeholders.
• Managing program budgets, risks, and schedules.
• Ensuring performance monitoring and regular progress reporting.
• Identifying and proposing digital innovation opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

You will also be responsible for leading steering committees and communicating the vision and progress of the programs to all hierarchical levels.

Required profile :

A degree of Master's level (Bac +5) or higher is required. A specialization in fields such as project management, research, R&D, IT, or electronics would be a considerable asset for understanding the technical and methodological challenges.

Significant experience, ranging from 5 to 20 years, is expected. This experience should ideally have been gained in program or large-scale project management roles, preferably in complex and transforming environments.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong skills in:

• Leadership and the ability to unite multidisciplinary teams.
• Program and project management (Agile, Waterfall methodologies, etc.).
• Strategic vision and understanding of digital challenges in the insurance sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Mastery of project management tools and new technologies.
• Customer and results orientation.

Perfect command of French is essential.
