The various tasks assigned will be:
- CR meeting key user / business convergence / presentation
- Summary file of Key Users Seminar needs, F2F, RAP
- Needs expression file (excluding MOA activity)
- Tool evolution sheet
- Scoping file, status report, impact analysis on a given subject (excluding MOA activity)
- Deployment file (communication support, user manual, deployment training, user support, etc.)
- Meeting minutes
- Governance meeting minutes
- Summary file prepared and presented
- CR user interviews & presentation/convergence meetings
- Session management: session created - animation of the participant list (invitation/reminder emails) - session closure with engineering school
- Training support updated
- Meeting minutes to follow up on training (feedbacks, sending to participants)
