We are recruiting for an international industrial company in the textile sector an experienced Senior Pattern Maker to strengthen its technical team.

This position is for an expert in #industrial_pattern_making, capable of ensuring the technical accuracy of patterns and supporting their industrialization up to production.

Your tasks

Within the product development team, you will be responsible for:

• Developing, correcting, and optimizing patterns on Lectra V8 Expert

• Analyzing fitting results and adjusting patterns

• Ensuring technical accuracy from prototype to production

• Optimizing patterns to improve fabric consumption and sewing feasibility

• Supervising, supporting, and training the pattern making team

• Collaborating closely with the cutting, production, quality, and industrialization teams

• Participating in technical product quality controls

• Ensuring the update of technical files up to industrialization

We are looking for a technical, rigorous, and experienced candidate:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial pattern making

• Imperative mastery of the Lectra V8 Expert system

• Solid skills in grading

• Good understanding of cutting and garment manufacturing processes

• Mastery of garment construction and production constraints

• Experience in 3D (CLO, Lectra 3D) is a plus

• Good professional English level
