Job :

In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Answering customer calls;
• Listening to and diagnosing their needs to provide the appropriate solution;
• Applying defined processes and mastering the use of tools;
• Reporting any information that helps identify a malfunction or improve a procedure;
• Contributing to the smooth running of the service;
• Ensuring that qualitative and quantitative objectives set by management are met.

Required profile :

• Educated with a Baccalaureate or higher;
• A good level of French (both spoken and written);
• A sense of listening and service;
• Good knowledge of computer tools;
• Punctual, committed, and regular.
