Job :

As part of this role, your main tasks will be as follows:

• • Preparation, facilitation, and review of PEPP meetings
  • Sorting of topics (via Altis or other) for planning and distribution of the planned agendas for the PEPP meeting.
  • Planning and facilitation of the PEPP review.
  • Distribution of final agendas by J-2 at the latest + information on PEPP efficiency indicators on Docinfo.
  • Facilitation of the PEPP meeting and distribution of the minutes by J+2 at the latest (with update in the project database if it exists).
  • Monitoring of delayed or deviating topics
  • Identification of topics not rescheduled / not updated and distribution of a CR alert to project/VS contacts and solution pilots + reporting/cancellation of pending cases.
  • Information on monthly PEPP efficiency indicators (rate of topics prepared on time / adherence to DEV forecasts and Offi/Indus passage dates) and distribution of a quadrimestrial summary with analysis and recommendations to improve the RPP and the PEPP referent.
  • Monitoring of cross-functional PEPP topics
  • Participation in multi-project and cross-functional PEPP meetings, synthesis of topics, and distribution of reports for application in the facilitation of the VS PEPP or silhouette project.
  • Preparation and facilitation of coding meetings
  • Facilitation of coding meetings and distribution of minutes by J+2 at the latest (with update in the project database if it exists).

Required profile :

Profile: Master's degree (Bac+5)

Experience: 1 to 2 years
