Job :

• Lead Project GDM meetings and manage technical changes
• Ensure the animation of the change management process in PLM
• Prepare, organize, and conduct change management sessions
• Ensure the monitoring and proper implementation of project changes
• Coordinate different stakeholders and ensure convergence of actions
• Lead the synchronization of schedules between the SMARTCAR and F2X/E2U teams
• Ensure reporting and monitoring of project indicators

Required profile :

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project management
• Proficiency in PLM tools
• Proven experience in GDM (Project Change Management)
• Excellent level of French and English
• Autonomous, proactive, and with good cross-functional leadership
