Job :
Analyze the automotive market, trends, changes in customer needs, and competitor offerings;
Ensure continuous competitive monitoring of products, prices, equipment, and positioning;
Participate in the development of product strategy and launch plans for new models;
Build and update product arguments and sales support tools;
Monitor the commercial performance of product ranges and analyze key performance indicators;
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, communication, and network teams;
Support and train sales teams on new products and competitive advantages;
Develop and implement the annual marketing plan in line with the commercial strategy;
Supervise the management of websites, landing pages, and digital platforms;
Manage SEO/SEA campaigns, email marketing, and social media;
Lead and develop the marketing and communication team.
Required profile :
Education:
• Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) to Master's degree (Bac+5) in Marketing, Communication, Business School, or equivalent. • Specialization in digital marketing / brand communication is a plus.
Experience:
• Minimum 5 years in marketing/communication, ideally in the automotive or retail sector. • Managerial experience of a team (at least 2 years).
Technical Skills: • Proficiency in digital tools: CMS, SEO/SEA tools, social media platforms, email marketing • Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads Manager) • Graphic design skills (Adobe Suite, Canva) are appreciated • Good command of professional English (manufacturer communications)
