As part of the development of our Programmatic department, we are recruiting a programmatic buying expert in Casablanca.
Your missions
• Design, activate, and optimize programmatic display, native, and video campaigns via DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr, or equivalent) in the French market
• Manage performance at CPL/CPA: bidding, budget pacing, frequency capping, inventory arbitrage, continuous optimization towards profitability KPIs (CPL, CVR, ROAS, margin)
• Build and refine audience strategies: 1st/3rd party segments, contextual targeting, lookalikes, retargeting, leveraging post-cookie signals
• Manage deals: open auction, PMP, preferred, and private marketplace deals with premium SSPs and publishers
• Ensure media quality: brand safety, viewability, anti-fraud (IAS, DoubleVerify, MOAT, or equivalent), whitelists/blacklists
• Handle tracking and measurement: tagging plans, server-side conversions, attribution, decision-oriented reporting to the acquisition management team
• Collaborate with creative and data teams (Lyon + Casablanca) on formats, landing pages, and A/B tests
