Join a dynamic company in the IT sector, ideally located in Casablanca. This opportunity is open for a Quality & Test Lead passionate about software excellence and ready to take on exciting challenges.

Your role will be central in defining and implementing robust quality strategies. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of developed products, while continuously improving testing and validation processes. The goal is to guarantee customer satisfaction and maintain the highest quality standards within the teams.

Your responsibilities will include designing and executing comprehensive test plans, leading a team of testers, analyzing results, and reporting defects. You will manage end-to-end testing activities, from planning to final certification.

• Define the overall test strategy.
• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test scenarios.
• Manage and coordinate the activities of the test team.
• Analyze defects, document bug reports, and track their resolution.
• Collaborate closely with development and product teams.
• Implement and improve quality metrics.

Required profile :

A degree level of Bac +5 and above is required, ideally in computer science or electronics.

Professional experience is a key component. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in similar roles is expected, with proven expertise in test project management and quality assurance.

To excel in this role, it is essential to have a solid understanding of software testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), proficiency in test management and bug tracking tools, as well as proven skills in test automation. Leadership, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities are also crucial.

• Excellent knowledge of software development life cycles and QA methodologies.
• Significant experience in defining and implementing test strategies.
• Proficiency in testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter, Postman) and bug management tools (e.g., Jira).
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in French and English is an asset.
