Job :

Your missions: • Handle technical complaints and incidents by phone and email • Analyze professional clients' requests and quickly identify suitable solutions • Follow up on incidents until resolution and ensure good traceability of exchanges • Respond to commercial inquiries about offered products and services • Inform clients about available offers, features, and solutions • Identify needs and propose personalized solutions, while contributing to business development • Manage exchanges with clients through various channels: calls and emails • Collaborate with internal teams and different departments to ensure efficient resolution of requests • Continuously ensure the satisfaction and loyalty of professional clients

Required profile :

Profile Sought • Excellent level of French and English, both spoken and written • Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or B2B customer relations is a plus • Good command of IT tools, CRM, and customer relationship management tools • Excellent communication, listening, and summarizing skills • Ability to analyze a problem and provide a clear and effective solution • Service-oriented, patient, and able to manage various situations • Results-oriented and able to meet set goals • Organized, autonomous, and good at managing priorities • Team spirit and ability to collaborate with different people
