Job :

Join the ADM Value sales team specialized in B2B telesales to support a major player in the French energy market.

Your goal: grow your client portfolio by contacting businesses, understanding their gas and electricity needs, and then offering them a suitable, competitive, and value-creating solution.

Your main tasks

  • Contact professionals through telephone prospecting campaigns.
  • Identify business needs: current contract, consumption, challenges, and priorities.
  • Build a personalized, results-oriented sales pitch.
  • Handle objections professionally and persistently.
  • Guide the prospect to the conclusion of the sale.
  • Achieve set sales targets while ensuring quality customer relations.

Required profile :

You enjoy convincing others, taking on challenges, and working in an environment where your performance is valued.

The ideal candidate has:

  • Excellent French language skills, both spoken and written.
  • A strong interest in sales, negotiation, and commercial prospecting.
  • Excellent phone skills and good listening abilities.
  • Persistence and the ability to stay motivated when facing objections.

  • Good computer skills.

Previous experience in telesales or customer relations is a plus.
