Job :

Your tasks:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls with a sales-focused and personalized approach
• Advise clients and prospects on suitable insurance solutions for their needs
• Present products, their coverage, prices, and subscription terms
• Identify needs and build a suitable sales proposal
• Address objections effectively and persuade prospects
• Contact qualified leads and turn opportunities into contracts
• Support clients until their subscription is finalized
• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining quality standards

Required profile :

We are looking for sales professionals who can thrive in a demanding, performance-driven environment.

• Excellent French language skills, with fluent, natural, and professional communication
• Over 5 years of experience in telesales or insurance sales, or over 2 years of professional experience in a French-speaking country
• Solid experience in telephone sales and objection handling
• Strong argumentation skills and closing ability
• Good command of computer tools and CRM systems
• Results-oriented with a passion for sales challenges
• Responsive, persistent, and able to handle pressure from targets
• Autonomous, professional, and excellent communication skills
