Job :

Your tasks

• Make outbound calls to qualified prospects.
• Identify needs, provide advice, and guide customers to the most suitable training.
• Present benefits, overcome objections, and close sales.
• Support prospects until their registration is complete.
• Follow up on cases and update CRM tools.
• Meet and exceed set sales targets.

Working hours
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 7:45 PM (French time). Saturday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (French time).

Net Salary + bonuses
Salary package over 7,700 DH

• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written (required).
• Strong sales focus and customer service skills.
• Good listening, persuasion, and challenge-seeking abilities.
• Comfortable using computers and management software.
• Availability, accuracy, punctuality, and schedule flexibility.
• Experience in telephone sales is a plus.
