Job description - Your missions
Do you have a talent for sales and enjoy helping people achieve their life goals? Your role: contact potential customers by phone, understand their project, convince them to choose the best training, and guide them through completing their registration.
Your missions
Make outbound calls to qualified prospects.
Identify needs, provide advice, and recommend the most suitable training.
Present benefits, overcome objections, and close the sale.
Assist the prospect until their registration is complete.
Manage files and update CRM tools.
Meet and exceed set sales targets.
Candidate profile
Excellent command of French, both spoken and written (required).
Strong sales focus and customer service skills.
Good listening, persuasion skills, and enjoys challenges.
Comfortable using computer tools and management software.
Available, rigorous, punctual, and flexible with working hours.
Previous phone sales experience is a plus.
