Are you comfortable on the phone and enjoy sales challenges in the insurance sector? At ADM Value, we are hiring Insurance Sales Advisors for various activities: loan insurance, health insurance, supplementary insurance, car & home insurance, and pet insurance.
Whether you handle incoming or outgoing calls, in B2B or B2C, your role is the same: understand the prospect's or client's needs, present the most suitable offer, and close the deal.

Your missions

• Handle incoming and/or outgoing calls depending on the activity.
• Identify prospect/client needs and propose the right insurance solution.
• Argue your case, handle objections, and close the sale or assist with subscription.
• Follow up on files and update CRM tools.
• Contribute to the team's collective performance.

Required profile :

Profile sought

• Good spoken French (clear speech, professional and dynamic tone).
• Sales-driven, good listener, and persuasive.
• Persistent, dynamic, and resilient to rejection.
• Call center or telephone sales experience is a plus.
• Insurance sector experience is a significant advantage.
• Team spirit and motivation to grow.
