Job :

Your role: handle incoming and outgoing calls, analyze prospect situations (contract, consumption), and guide them towards the best available energy offer.

• Receive and make calls to prospects interested in energy offers.
• Convert incoming calls into energy contract sales.
• Identify prospect needs: current contract, consumption, priorities.
• Clearly and patiently present and explain available offers.
• Handle objections and close sales.
• Perform additional sales (complementary services) through cross-selling.
• Follow up on cases and update CRM tools.

Required profile :

Good spoken French skills (clear speech, dynamic tone).

• Strong sales drive and a focus on results.
• Comfortable on the phone, both making and receiving calls.
• Dynamic, persistent, and team-oriented.
• Previous experience in telephone sales is a plus.
