Job :

Your tasks: • Understand the client's needs precisely: vehicle, usage, guarantees, and budget • Present and advise clients on Car insurance solutions adapted to their situation • Argue and respond to objections with method and professionalism • Accompany the client until the subscription is finalized • Identify opportunities for commercial follow-up on Home insurance when the client's profile is suitable • Develop a relationship of trust throughout the conversation • Achieve commercial objectives while respecting the quality standards of the project Here, there is no forced sale: we sell with structure, listening, and professionalism. You are joining a large-scale setup, currently in its launch phase and expected to ramp up quickly.

Required profile :

You are above all a salesperson. Experience in insurance is a plus, but not mandatory. We are looking for profiles capable of learning quickly, convincing, and performing. • Excellent oral French, fluent, structured, and reassuring • A true results-driven culture • Excellent listening and reformulation skills • Perseverance, dynamism, and closing skills • Ability to argue and handle objections • Comfortable with computer tools and CRM • Experience in telesales or insurance is a plus
