Imagine yourself in the heart of the hustle and bustle of Marrakech, in an exceptional establishment, a true Palace that redefines luxury. Our reputation in the Hotel / Restaurant sector is well-established, and we are looking for someone to embody excellence at our Palace & Villas Reception.

This is a unique opportunity to join a passionate team and contribute to offering an unforgettable experience to a demanding clientele, in a setting where every detail matters.

The main goal is to ensure an exceptional customer experience from their arrival throughout their stay, by ensuring smooth and personalized reception management. You will be the first point of contact, the guarantor of an impeccable brand image, and the conductor of first impressions.

  • Welcome and assist international clientele with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.
  • Respond to guest requests and anticipate their needs to offer them a tailor-made stay.
  • Coordinate services with the various departments of the establishment (concierge, housekeeping, restaurant) to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Handle any complaints with diplomacy and professionalism.
  • Participate in the animation of the reception and customer loyalty.
  • Ensure administrative follow-up and maintain customer records.

Required profile :

Ideally, your background has led you to obtain a Bac +3 (equivalent to a Bachelor's degree), with a specialization in Hotel / Restaurant professions.

With 3 to 5 years of experience, you have already proven yourself in prestigious establishments, ideally in similar roles. Knowledge of the palace and luxury villa sector would be a major asset.

  • A strong sense of customer service and a neat appearance are essential.
  • An excellent command of languages, particularly French and English (spoken and written), is required. Knowledge of other languages will be a plus.
  • Your organization, reactivity, and ability to manage priorities will enable you to succeed in this role.
  • High resistance to stress and the ability to find quick and appropriate solutions are essential.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team are crucial.
  • Good knowledge of hotel reception IT tools is desirable.
