Your mission:

As a Regional Category Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing the product portfolio regionally, ensuring it aligns with market needs and business goals.
You will act as a key link between sales teams and Product Management, while driving pricing strategy and portfolio performance.

Main tasks:

  • Define and drive the portfolio strategy (sales, margins, prices, Go-To-Market)
  • Identify growth opportunities and turn market needs into business cases
  • Be the voice of the market and ensure relevant product positioning
  • Analyze portfolio performance and identify gaps and opportunities
  • Support sales teams as a product expert
  • Conduct competitor benchmarks
  • Contribute to the Sales Planning process
     

Required profile :

Profile sought:

 

  • Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent field
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in Product Management (ideally in the automotive aftermarket)
  • Experience in distribution / wholesale is a plus
  • Strong skills in portfolio management, pricing, and competitive analysis
  • Strategic, analytical, and customer-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Proficiency in English is mandatory (professional level)
Tools: Advanced Excel, MS Office, SAP & Salesforce
