As part of our development, we are looking for an experienced Administrative and Financial Manager to lead the financial function and support the organization's strategic projects.
Main Tasks
· Supervise all accounting, financial, and management control activities.
· Ensure the reliability of financial statements and compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
· Produce financial reports and analyses needed for decision-making.
· Manage treasury and optimize financial flows.
· Lead budget processes and periodic closing.
· Ensure the application of IFRS accounting standards.
· Actively participate in transformation and process improvement projects.
· Coordinate relations with auditors, banks, and external partners.
· Manage and develop financial teams.
· Higher education in Finance, Accounting, or Management (Master's degree or equivalent).
· Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial environment.
· Excellent command of IFRS standards and consolidation mechanisms.
· Strong skills in management control, accounting, and financial analysis.
· Proven experience in leading and managing cross-functional projects.
· Leadership, ability to unite teams and support change.
· Dynamic, organized, and results-oriented.
· Proficiency in computer tools and ERP systems.
