General Mission
The administrative and financial manager is responsible for the proper accounting, financial, and human resources management of the establishment. They ensure the effective execution of the strategy by developing and implementing financial policies and techniques consistent with strategic objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
Reporting to the General Management, your main responsibilities will be:
• Supervise the accounting, financial, and budgetary management of the structure
• Supervise the overall management of the company, including treasury, cash flow forecasts, and cost analysis
• Establish the projected budget plan and manage the budget.
• Ensure the reliability and relevance of monthly and annual financial reports, as well as in-depth analysis of results.
• Lead the accounting closing process, as well as the preparation of balance sheets and income statements.
• Ensure the company's tax and social compliance, by ensuring the regularity of tax and social declarations.
• Maintain close relationships with external auditors, statutory auditors, as well as financial and banking institutions.
• Implement internal control procedures and efficient management tools to optimize the company's profitability.
Profile Sought:
• Higher education degree in accounting, finance, or management (Master's degree or equivalent, Bac +5 minimum).
• Significant experience of at least 5 years in a similar position.
• Excellent command of accounting tools and financial management software
• Strong analytical skills, rigor, autonomy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, and to work closely with the company's various stakeholders.
• Experience in team management is a major asset.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
