As part of its growth, a large company based in Casablanca is recruiting an Administrative Manager.
Job :
Your main tasks are as follows:
Ensure administrative follow-up of the company's activities and contribute to the general organization of internal operations.
Participate in the preparation and follow-up of action plans and annual activities in coordination with general management.
Ensure the follow-up of administrative files and ensure the smooth flow of information between different departments.
Implement and improve administrative procedures to optimize internal organization and document management.
Ensure administrative follow-up of contracts and official company documents.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and administrative conformity of the company's activities.
Coordinate administrative activities between different departments (technical, HR, IT, etc.).
Prepare and consolidate administrative reports for general management.
Collect, organize, and analyze information necessary for monitoring company activities.
Implement and monitor administrative indicators to support management in steering activities.
Required profile :
Master's degree (Bac +5) or equivalent in management, economics, or administration, ideally supplemented by training in law or human resources.
Experience of at least 5 to 7 years in a large company, with varied administrative responsibilities.
Ability to manage different subjects, with a strong sense of organization, adaptability, and reactivity.
