Join a dynamic company in the Medical Equipment sector as an Internal Audit Manager. Based in Rabat, you will play a key role in evaluating and continuously improving our processes and internal control systems. This is a unique opportunity to actively contribute to the performance and sustainability of our organization.

The main objective of this position is to ensure the company's compliance with current regulations, identify potential risks, and propose solutions to optimize operational efficiency. You will be responsible for the integrity of our practices and the robustness of our controls.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Planning and carrying out internal audit missions, both financial, operational, and organizational.
• Developing detailed audit reports, including findings, identified risks, and relevant recommendations.
• Monitoring the implementation of action plans resulting from audit recommendations.
• Participating in the evaluation of internal control systems and risk management procedures.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of internal processes and the dissemination of a control culture within the company.
• Monitoring regulatory changes and analyzing their impact on the organization.

Required profile :

A Master's degree (Bac +5) or higher is required, ideally with a recognized specialization in Audit or Consulting. This solid education will be the foundation of your expertise and your ability to grasp the complex challenges of the profession.

Professional experience of 5 to 10 years in internal audit functions or in an audit/consulting firm is essential. This experience will have allowed you to develop a thorough understanding of the different business areas and the specific challenges of the medical equipment sector.

• Excellent command of audit methodologies and risk assessment techniques.
• Strong analytical skills and high intellectual rigor.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both in writing and orally.
• A strong sense of ethics and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex projects.
• Good knowledge of the medical equipment sector is a major asset.
