The International University Hospital of Rabat (HUIR), affiliated with the International University of Rabat (UIR), is a new hospital-university center that will open its doors soon. This center of excellence will offer about forty medical and surgical specialties, equipped with a latest-generation biomedical platform. With a capacity of 530 beds and places, this futuristic hospital represents an investment of approximately 2 billion dirhams and will eventually employ more than 1,200 employees.

The Back-Office Manager (M/F) is responsible for overseeing the entire billing process for healthcare services provided to patients. (He/She) ensures the accuracy and reliability of billing data, compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements, and optimization of the institution's revenue.
He/She also ensures the follow-up of the file submission process, from their creation and verification to their complete settlement by paying organizations, guaranteeing compliance with deadlines and quality of administrative processing.
Responsibilities:
Process Optimization:
Organization and supervision of the billing process
Organization and supervision of the shipping process
Management of relations with internal departments
Monitoring and management of agreements and pricing
Invoice control and validation
Control and validation of submission files
Management and training
Revenue and collection monitoring
Production of reports and dashboards
Degree from Bac +4 to Bac +5 in financial or accounting management.
Significant experience (10 years or more) in hospital billing.
Previous experience in a hospital project context is a major asset.
Additional training in hospital management, insurance management, or medical billing is an asset.
In-depth knowledge of Moroccan legislation regarding billing and social coverage is essential.
Proficiency in hospital management software and billing systems.
Good knowledge of administrative and accounting procedures related to healthcare billing.
Knowledge of standards and regulations regarding social security, health insurance, and mutual insurance.
Competence in using office tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
Rigor and precision, and ability to manage and work in a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational skills, autonomy, and stress management.
Listening skills and responsiveness to the needs of patients and external partners.
