As part of strengthening our teams, CDG Capital Gestion, a key player in financial asset management, is launching an external recruitment campaign for the position of "BI & Data Engineering Manager" within the Production Department. 

The BI & Data Engineering Manager is responsible for establishing various reports and carrying out specific IT developments:

• Design and establish various reports (for Management, Fund Managers, Clients) ;

• Prepare occasional notes upon request from Management, Fund Managers, and Clients ;

• Develop / administer new analytical, performance, and risk measurement tools ;

• Carry out IT developments, document them, and ensure their maintenance ;

• Ensure proper management of the IT code produced and its sustainability ;

• Train users and ensure administration, functional and technical support for users ;

• Test and control the proper functioning of developments ;

• Install developed applications within the scope assigned to them ;

• Monitor performance and deviations compared to benchmarks ;

• Analyze performance and the return/risk ratio.
 

Required profile :

Profile sought:

• Graduate of a top business or engineering school or university (Bac+4/5 level).
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role is desirable.

Skills required for the position:

• Knowledge of the financial market;
• Knowledge of the UCITS management business;
• Knowledge of financial mathematics;
• Knowledge of portfolio management techniques;
• Good command of database management tools and data warehouses;
• Good command of Excel/VBA, Access, Power Point, and Power BI;
• Knowledge of programming languages (Python);
• Internal and external client focus;
• Rigor, analytical and synthesis skills, availability, and good listening skills;
• Ability to work in a team and good interpersonal skills.
