As part of strengthening our Commercial Department, we are recruiting a Fuel & Payment Card Manager, capable of supporting the development of our card business, managing the associated management tools, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the customer experience.
Reporting to the Commercial Department, you will be responsible for the development, administration, and monitoring of the Fuel & Payment Card business. You will also manage the tools, analyze business data, and support clients and internal teams.
Main tasks
• Develop and manage the customer base for fuel cards.
• Monitor and optimize volumes achieved through fuel cards.
• Participate in defining and implementing the strategy for developing the payment card business.
• Configure, administer, and monitor card management solutions and platforms.
• Manage the card lifecycle: creation, renewal, blocking, limits, assignments, and stock monitoring.
• Produce and analyze commercial and operational performance indicators.
• Perform reconciliations, controls, and analyses of transaction flows.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate incident resolution.
• Conduct ongoing competitive and technological monitoring of payment solutions and associated services.
• Collaborate with commercial, financial, IT, and operational teams to continuously improve processes and service quality.
• Participate in digitalization projects and the evolution of the company's payment solutions.
• Bachelor's degree (Bac+4 / Bac+5) in Information Systems, Business School, or Engineering School.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Good command of databases and analysis tools.
• Good knowledge of web applications and information systems.
• Ability to analyze data, produce reports, and propose improvement actions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
