Job :

Our client, a dynamic company specializing in marketing and communication for the hotel industry, is recruiting a Commercial Manager. Based in Casablanca, Morocco, this key role is a unique opportunity to lead its commercial strategy and develop its market presence.

Your missions will be:

  • Development and implementation of the commercial strategy.
  • Prospecting and development of new markets.
  • Customer relationship management and satisfaction optimization.
  • Analysis of market trends and competitive intelligence.
  • Management of commercial performance indicators.

Required profile :

Ideally, you hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) in commerce or equivalent.

Proven experience of 5 years in commercial roles within the hotel sector or related fields is required to succeed in this position.

Your strengths lie in your sharp business sense, your ability to develop and execute impactful commercial strategies, and your natural leadership. You possess excellent negotiation and communication skills, and speak several languages fluently.
