Join a dynamic company in the Medical Equipment sector as a Counter Manager. Based in Casablanca, you will be the face of our company to our clients and the pillar of our counter's daily management. Your role will be essential in achieving our commercial objectives and satisfying our customers. You will actively contribute to the company's brand image and the smooth running of sales and service operations.

Your main tasks will include:

• Welcoming clients, prospects, and partners in person and by phone.
• Managing orders, quotes, and billing in compliance with internal procedures.
• Monitoring stock and participating in inventory counts.
• Organizing and maintaining the counter area for optimal presentation.
• Contributing to achieving the counter's sales targets.
• Providing various administrative support related to commercial activity.
• Informing and advising clients on our products and services.

Required profile :

A degree equivalent to Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) is required. A specialization in Commercial, Sales, or Export would be a major asset.

Professional experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role is requested. Knowledge of the medical equipment sector would be a appreciated plus.

• Proficiency in standard computer tools (Office Suite) and commercial management software.
