Job :

Join a dynamic company in the Medical Equipment sector as a Counter Manager. Based in Fes, you will be the face of our company to our clients and the pillar of the daily management of our counter. This is a unique opportunity to develop your career within a structure recognized for its expertise.

Your role will be essential in achieving our commercial objectives and satisfying our customers. You will actively contribute to the company's brand image and the smooth running of sales and service operations.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Welcoming clients, prospects, and partners in person and by phone.
  • Managing orders, quotes, and invoicing in compliance with internal procedures.
  • Monitoring stock levels and participating in inventory counts.
  • Organizing and maintaining the counter area for optimal presentation.
  • Contributing to the achievement of the counter's sales targets.
  • Providing various administrative support related to commercial activity.
  • Informing and advising clients on our products and services.

Required profile :

A diploma of Bac +3 level is required. A specialization in Commercial, Sales, or Export would be a major asset.

Professional experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role is requested. Knowledge of the medical equipment sector would be a appreciated plus.

  • Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
  • Sense of organization and rigor in administrative management.
  • Autonomy and proactivity in problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in standard computer tools (Office Suite) and commercial management software.
  • Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
  • Adaptability and quick learning ability.
