Join a dynamic company in the Medical Equipment sector as a Counter Manager. Based in Kénitra, this position is a unique opportunity to actively contribute to the success of our organization and support our growth.

The main objective of this role is to ensure smooth and efficient management of the counter, guaranteeing an exceptional customer experience while optimizing internal processes. You will be an essential pillar in customer satisfaction and the smooth running of our daily operations.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming and advising customers with professionalism and kindness.
  • Managing orders, deliveries, and stock rigorously.
  • Participating in administrative management and invoicing.
  • Ensuring the presentation and maintenance of reception areas.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure operational synergy.

Required profile :

A Bac +2 (2-year higher education degree) is required for this position.

An experience of 1 year in a similar field is expected. Ideally, a first experience in managing a counter or a similar role.

To excel in this role, the following skills are essential:

  • A background in the Medical / Paramedical field is a major asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of customer service.
  • Rigorous organization and great autonomy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good command of common computer tools.
