Your tasks
Reporting to the Financial Department, you will be responsible for:

Defining, coordinating, and managing the budget process and financial forecasts.
Overseeing the production of dashboards, performance indicators (KPIs), and reports for Management.
Analyzing the differences between achievements and objectives, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing action plans.
Overseeing monthly and annual closings in collaboration with accounting teams.
Managing profitability, cost, margin, and performance analyses for different activities.
Supporting operational managers in monitoring their indicators and managing their performance.
Developing and improving management control tools, procedures, and management processes.
Participating in the implementation, evolution, and optimization of management information systems (ERP, BI, reporting tools).
Ensuring the reliability of financial data and compliance with internal control procedures.
Managing, supporting, and developing the Management Control team.
 

Required profile :

Profile sought
• Higher education in Finance, Management Control, Accounting, or Management (Master's degree level).
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in management control, including successful experience in a management role.
• Excellent command of Excel, reporting tools, and ERP systems; knowledge of Business Intelligence tools is a plus.
• Strong skills in financial analysis, modeling, and performance management.
• Leadership, ability to unite teams and support change.
• Excellent analytical, synthesis, and decision-making skills.
• Rigor, autonomy, organizational skills, and results-oriented.
• Good interpersonal skills and excellent communication with stakeholders at different levels.
