Join a recognized company in the insurance / brokerage sector as a BRANCH MANAGER INSURANCE. In the heart of CASABLANCA, this opportunity will allow you to lead a team and develop a client portfolio, carrying the strategic vision of the branch.

Your role will be to ensure the commercial development of the branch, optimize its profitability, and guarantee impeccable service quality to customers. You will be responsible for the overall performance of the branch and the satisfaction of its clients.

Your main tasks will be organized around several areas:

• Define and implement the branch's commercial strategy.
• Lead, manage, and motivate teams to achieve set goals.
• Manage and develop a portfolio of existing clients and prospects.
• Ensure rigorous monitoring of the branch's financial performance.
• Guarantee regulatory compliance and the quality of services.
• Represent the branch to partners and institutions.

Required profile :

Ideally, you have a degree of level Bac +3 (Bachelor's degree equivalent), with a specialization in insurance professions.

Proven experience of 5 to 10 years in the insurance sector, ideally in branch management or a similar managerial role, is required.
