Your main tasks will include:

• Leading, motivating, and managing a sales team to achieve set goals.
• Developing and retaining a diverse clientele (individuals and businesses).
• Ensuring the administrative and financial management of the agency in compliance with procedures.

• Guaranteeing excellent customer relations and compliance with current regulations.

Required profile :

A Master's degree (Bac +4) is required, ideally in Insurance.

20 years of professional experience in the insurance sector is essential, including solid management experience.
