Your role will be central in achieving the agency's commercial and customer satisfaction objectives. It will involve leading the team to maximize performance, identifying and realizing new market opportunities, and ensuring rigorous agency management in compliance with quality and profitability standards.

The main missions include:

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve set goals.
  • Develop and implement the agency's commercial strategy.
  • Prospect new clients and develop the existing portfolio.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and manage complaints.
  • Regularly report agency activity to management.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance of agency operations.
  • Optimize the management of allocated resources and budgets.

Required profile :

To excel in this role, a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) is required, ideally with a specialization in Insurance business, demonstrating a solid understanding of the sector.

Significant experience of 5 to 10 years in insurance, ideally with management responsibilities, is essential. This experience should have been gained in a stimulating commercial environment, allowing for the development of sharp expertise in agency management and business development.
